Camping Pictures

Hello there!

During spring break I decided to go camping with some friends at this place called San Elijo State Beach. I really really love camping and I had lots of fun. The site was stunningly beautiful and I attempted to capture some of that beauty and decided to share just a few of them today, hope you enjoy!

I tried to get some sunset shots and even though there were clouds in the way, I think they still turned out alright...

This was taken as a panoramic of the sunset

Then walked around the next morning and found some pretty beautiful sites like this flower, which I loved the double tones in, some rocks and shells

And a shot of the last goodbye, with these awesome vintage looking stairs. Didn't want to bore anyone with the hundreds of pictures I took but I hope you enjoyed some of my favorites, I really enjoyed editing them and getting different looks out of the same pictures, professional picture editors astound me :)

Anyways, what's your favorite type of vacation: camping, beach, city... ? Tell me in the comments below!

Have a Wonderful Day!

Springtime Haul - Beauty and Accessories

Hello there!

So I went on a rather large shopping trip last weekend and decided to do a haul post because I am insanely excited about all of it. I did the clothes in a post here and now here are all of the beauty-related items and accessories and things :)

Pink

VS recently started selling small versions of their wonderful body mists, I've only ever gotten two. Their scents are just as good as Bath and Body Works, I love them both but I think B&BW has more sales so I tend to take advantage of those. Warm and Cozy was definitely my favorite scent. I couldn't tell you what it smells like but it does remind me of cuddling up in a mound of blankets with hot cocoa.. :)

Sephora

This has been on my wishlist for the absolute longest time, I've heard of so many people saying this is their staple base product and it'll probably be mine especially coming into warmer times (doubles as a sunscreen). I've loved it since I tried a Nordstrom sample, it gives the perfect amount of coverage in next to no time and I can't feel if I'm wearing it at all.

Target

Mint Candy Apple has to be the most talked about Essie shade and for good reason. It looks so amazing on absolutely everybody and perfectly embodies the Spring pastel spirit. I'm really excited to finally have it and wear it all the time, EXCITEMENT

My old iPad case fell apart, literally ripped to shreds by use and time though it was rather cheap so I bought a new one. This is a far sturdier case and much easier to use than any I've ever had. Only $20 on clearance which for me is exciting

Charming Charlie

And now, what has to be my all time favorite piece of jewelry, literally ever, is this cat watch. ITS A WATCH WITH CAT EARS AND EYES AND NOSE AND MOUTH, HOW COULD ANYONE NOT FALL IN LOVE? I never wear watches but I swear I'm going to wear this so often I won't even notice it's there. It's a cat... watch! This is still blowing my mind.

Claire's

I got these 2 for $8, the charms are pretty small (my camera did not like trying to capture these) but I am a very small-jewelry person. I love necklaces like these because I love the way I can show so much of my personality while adding something to an outfit.

I saw these music earrings (well my mom did) and freaked out, just a little. Music is my favorite thing in the entire world and I have music necklaces, bracelets, and a ring but I could never find earrings and now this completes my collection, I love them so much. There was a sale (of course) so the love ones were free and they're very small but adorable.

I love to wear earrings, I love the effect they have but I only wear smaller earrings (and smaller jewelry in general) so I wanted to get a whole set of smaller ones and searched for about 20 minutes for a big set, like this one, with "hearts and stars" and came across this one, exactly what I was looking for. Again, they're all pretty tiny but I love them so much.

Anyways, thats some of the amazing stuff I happened to find over the weekend. I'm really excited to start wearing them a lot, they're all very me, exactly what I was looking for.

OOTD: Floral, Floral Everywhere

Hello there!

So for one of my New Years Resolution I decided to start dressing at least slightly better. So as I usually just go to school here is my attempt at a nice but not too nice outfit, because if I wore skirts all the time then people's expectations would just be high and I couldn't handle that ;)

Sweater: Target Junior's Boyfriend Cardigan  $20
Shirt: Target no longer sold
Pants: American Eagle High-Rise Skinny Jean $35
Shoes: Natural Crochet Women's Classics Toms $59

Just a closer view of the purple and red flowers on the tank top, I love the professional look the buttons give off and the versatility the cardigan gives me throughout the day with the constant weather changes. I've worn this outfit a few times since I first got it, so I'm quite enjoying it.

Comment below: What's your favorite flower? Mine's peonies but roses are really nice too :)

Review: Studio Gear CC Cream

Hello there!

Recently Studio Gear sent me some CC cream to test out. I've never used a CC cream before but I have tried just about everything else and I was pleasantly surprised at the results.

CC creams always have so many amazing healthy skin benefits, I've been wanting to try some forever. Tinted moisturizers are my preferred base of choice and I thought this was fairly similar except for the awesome microbeads in this cream.

It did give very light coverage (only applied on left side in picture), lightening a lot of the redness but not completely erasing it. But to be fair to the cream, I have a lot of it. I really really enjoyed how light this cream was. You can always feel liquid foundation on and sometimes even tinted moisturizer. However I could not feel this on my face at all. I wore it on a lazy day and loved how natural it felt.

I love to use a lot of hydrators and moisturizers and I noticed this felt just as nicely (in the healthy skin department) as most other products do. I know some expensive products that do work a bit better but they're specifically geared towards that without any of the coverage that CC creams have so this is just an easier way to go about life...

You can find these for $34 per 1 ounce here however Studio gear is giving readers 10% off the total cart with the code: bloggercc

Anyways, hope you enjoyed my review, I've heard that reviews are general favorite posts so I'm trying to do more of them ;)
